Review of PureGym UK - London Oval

Unhelpful customer service…

Puregym does the marketing thing well but they do not do customer service,

I had asked for help to cancel my membership back in September and they have continuously debited my account through to December, although I explicitly expressed I can no longer justify the spend when I do not even attend the gym.

I am now unemployed with a gym membership that is extremely expensive for what it is.

The gyms seem overused, dirty and something is always not working,

Members are able to cancel their memberships anytime via the PureGym app or website, on the members area.
