Unhelpful customer service…
Puregym does the marketing thing well but they do not do customer service,
I had asked for help to cancel my membership back in September and they have continuously debited my account through to December, although I explicitly expressed I can no longer justify the spend when I do not even attend the gym.
I am now unemployed with a gym membership that is extremely expensive for what it is.
The gyms seem overused, dirty and something is always not working,
