Great that you can pop in anytime you like. App easy enough to use. Loads of home workouts too. Joined initially for classes but fell away from attending when classes I enjoyed the most no longer fitted in with my schedule. Loads of equipment to chose too so will most likely rejoin in the future.

We do our very best to provide a wide range of equipment and classes so that members have a variety of ways to workout.
