Torquay Pure Gym

In reference to the Torquay Pure Gym, I was sent a snotty email saying I had let somebody else use my pin number, I absolutely haven't done this or has it even crossed my mind to do so. They then proceeded to try and argue the point on instagram with absolutely no foundation. The gym often has broken machines, staff engagement is zero, constantly stood around on phones, I think I recieved two 'hellos' in two years! Avoid these terrible gyms and stick with well equipped more personable places, preferably locally owned.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
