The equipment hall is very well arranged and organized, so it can be said that everything is perfect. However, regarding the heating in the equipment hall, it is not good—it is constantly cold. In the men’s changing room, there is very often no hot water at the sink; it is very dirty and very cold.

Hi Radi- Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. If these issues persist, please do not hesitate to speak to the Gym Manager directly who will be happy to escalate this issues further. Thanks, PureGym
