We’re afraid it's true, our gyms can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. We fully understand the importance of cleanliness and will be dealt with.
