Terrible service. The mattress was sent to the wrong address, and when I called customer service, they denied all responsibility and refused to help. The operator even hung up on me. This happened at 1:05 p.m. on January 23 at +49 2452 9285830. The operator was rude, discourteous, and even cheeky. She said it was my problem and I had to deal with it myself. She also said she didn't care about a negative review. Surely her terrible service will not lead to any disciplinary action. She also refused to tell me her name. Her poor work is damaging the company that pays her salary.
