Incredibly helpful people

Incredibly helpful people. Once furnished with the necessary information my appointed legal representatives worked very hard indeed to get a positive outcome for me.
Despite their efforts, the Bank refused to refund my losses. But the help I was being offered didn't end there. It was suggested that I take advantage of the Banking Ombudsman's services. If the National Fraud Helpline did this on my behalf there would be, a win or lose a small charge. I was also told that the process wasn't onerous and if I chose to undertake it for myself I would be given guidance upon how to do it
I took their advice, submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman myself and within a couple of months I was notified that my complaint had been successful and that the Bank would be making a refund.
I cannot praise the National Fraud Helpline highly enough and I can thoroughly recommend them and their services.
