Incredibly helpful people

Incredibly helpful people. Once furnished with the necessary information my appointed legal representatives worked very hard indeed to get a positive outcome for me.
Despite their efforts, the Bank refused to refund my losses. But the help I was being offered didn't end there. It was suggested that I take advantage of the Banking Ombudsman's services. If the National Fraud Helpline did this on my behalf there would be, a win or lose a small charge. I was also told that the process wasn't onerous and if I chose to undertake it for myself I would be given guidance upon how to do it
I took their advice, submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman myself and within a couple of months I was notified that my complaint had been successful and that the Bank would be making a refund.
I cannot praise the National Fraud Helpline highly enough and I can thoroughly recommend them and their services.

Very poor indeed.

Well, according to Amazon you delivered the washing machine yesterday. You didn't yet you've asked for a review on TrustPilot. I've tried to get through on your chat thing. At least fifteen minutes waiting and still not through.
Hardly my idea of service and certainly not efficient.

Alexander Campbell has been invaluable throughout the longer-than-expected process. He had the patience of a saint, answering our questions, some of which may have seemed somewhat odd to him. He tirelessly guided us through the minefield of Equity Release. He is thoroughly professional and we can without hesitation recommend him and his services.

Outstanding level of service.

Our car when we bought it had a dog guard installed by the dealership. I easily removed it to get a large dog crate into the boot but when the time came to replace the guard I had forgotten how it exactly went in and the car dealers hadn't left the instructions in the glove box.
So I emailed Travall explaining my predicament.
Within minutes I had a reply requesting photos & the guard's serial number. These I provided and in no time at all a solution to my problem together with an instruction sheet arrived in my inbox.
I received a thorough and amazingly excellent service from Travall. My particular thanks go to the lady who dealt with my enquiry. She is a credit to Travall.

Amina Fayyaz, a shining light in a mediocre company.

Amina Fayyaz has today been very helpful indeed. She sorted out a problem for me in very little time. She is wasted in this appalling company where queries raised are completely ignored. Emails are only answered after much badgering and their "chat" facility topics are far too limited and in the main irrelevant, not having an "other" option makes it utterly useless.
Avoid these clowns at all costs.

Two queries raised in April of 2022 never even got a response. Perhaps they couldn't deal with them but at the very least I would expect a reply.
Yesterday (08/03/2024) I sent an email requesting some account information. Again, no response. This seems to be standard practice for them.

Utterly useless!

Booked online for an appointment twixt 0830 & 1300. At 1245 I rang them to find out where the chap was. "Sorry can't find the booking, will ring you back". They rang back shortly after to tell me that they had forgotten to pass the booking to despatch-sorry and all that. Utterly useless.

My Ridgebacks love their Great Bean Bags!

My two Ridgebacks were used to having a three seater settee apiece but it didn't take long for them to migrate to their new Bean Bags. For my part it's a lot easier to shift the bean bags out onto the patio than the settees!
An excellent product and their customer service is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
