About 2-3 week ago I was called a prick by the gym manager when I informed him that a cross trainer wasnt working,apparently he didn't like.me.shouting yo n clicking my fingers trying to get his attention, then after my workout I.was asked into the office by the assistant manager, where he went on to tell me that nobody in the gym liked me and hed had loads.of complaints,but I only.speak to 5 or.6 people and keep my head down most.of.the time ,and I was never told.about.any issues after any of the so called complaints ,he then went on to tell me that what the gym manager did.was understandable because we had bad blood ,which is hard to believe as I only ever spoke.to him once and didn't like his macho attitude and the way he belittled the then assistant manager dan to me,telling me he was having a crying holiday because he didn't get the managers job,so I avoided eye contact and any other contact, he wasnt my kind if person ,but I didn't have any bad blood ,what I did do was leave bad reviews when asked ,i normally wouldn't leave any review but the cheap air conditioning was making it hard to train with it being turned on full and blowing freezing cold air on to the benches ,so while leaving reviews on this I left an honest evaluation of the gym with regards to cleanliness and bad atmosphere, so I knew he k ew it was me leaving the reviews, but I was asked to leave a review, but it seems if you leave a bad review then the manager starts an argument, and tries to embarrass you in front of other gym.memebers ,calls you a prick and the assistant manager puts you down and tries.to make you believe its.all your fault ,now I.left.a review here on trustpilot when it happened, and normally when I leave a review I get a reply from puregym with a list.of excuses or lies ,but not this time ,now I haven't felt comfortable going back in to the gym so Ive waited.for a reply from PureGym, so 3.weeks without working out and I e still.had no reply or.an apology, or.we.will.look.in to it ,when normally I get a reply within a week or so
