Terriable. I ordered from a Kmart that should have taken 5 days MAX to arrive. 12 days later it has still not been picked up by Shippit. I tried to get in contact to see how we could resolve this and NOTHING. No phone number, no email address, no online form, NOTHING. Do not use Shippit. poor communication, poor online forms, poor website.
