The process was clear and concise. Whilst it was possible to obtain a slighter cheaper quote, I know that I can rely on the AA and that there are no hidden options. I have used AA in the past and have always received excellent service and responses to my questions. Fortunately I have not had an accident in over 40 years and AA recognise this in the premium.
