Booked parking for June 2026 unfortuenly I picked the wrong parking for the ship I was travelling with which I spotted with minutes of the booking, I cancelled straight away and requested a refund as their terms and conditions states on their main page prior to booking you can get a refund with 14 days of the booking or 5 days before the booking is required. At no time did they advise I would be charge an admin fee.
On cancelling they deducted £25.00 admin fee.
