CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AN ALL TIME LOW
Bought 3 items recently. Zero issues with the quality actually really happy with it but customer service has been non existent!
Been trying to communicate through all means necessary, social media, email etc and have had zero response. I’m looking to exchange an item as I picked the wrong one and not one person has got back to me on it, but they can email me asking for a review.
Working in customer care daily myself I just think this is poor. Willing to accept purchases and receive payment but not willing to help their customers out.
Lucky the equipment has a bit of quality and look about it or I would give 0 stars in all honesty!
