I placed an order, but it was (partially) cancelled without any reason.

Ik had tijdelijk een paar simkaarten nodig voor mijn ouders met wat data, deze online besteld en de kaarten werden opgestuurd.
Data was direct geactiveerd na het activeren van de simkaart.

Used their services to buy some items from a Japanese webshop which doesn't ship overseas.
The webshop sent 2 seperate parcels which Blackship put together in a small box.

Very clear website and a good choice of shipping options.

Ordered multiple times from this shop, and my go-to for keyboard parts.
When all items are in stock it is delivered very fast and the stroopwafel is a nice extra.

Their Discord server is nice and friendly community and very helpful.

31 augustus om 03:18 aangekomen in het depot in Rotterdam.
Sinds toen geen update meer gehad, terwijl ik zo'n 20km van het depot af woon.
Vrijdag ochtend 2 september was het plots onderweg en uiteindelijk smiddags bezorgd, maar ik had het eerlijk gezegd wel op woensdag verwacht.

Ik had een nieuwe autostoel besteld, deze had de laagste prijs bij Baby-Dump, daarnaast ook wat kleinere spullen besteld, deze kwamen tegelijkertijd in een aparte doos. De autostoel was goed verpakt.

Placed an order 3 times;
First time the product was marked as in stock, but after placing the order and no update for weeks, I checked the website again and it said the product was no longer available. So I had to cancel the order and they nicely refunded it.
Second time I placed an order and I received the products five days later.
Third time (Order #1000255116) one of the products was defective, I contacted them and sent them a video with proof that one was working while the other wasn't. They responded they would forward it to their supplier.
I would have expected to be able to return it for a replacement, but this way I have no idea when I can expect a replacement.

So all in all while I didn't have any issues with my second order, my experience with this shop hasn't been flawless and I'm still waiting for a replacement of my defective unit.

I received a replacement 5 days after contacting them about the DOA.
So while the information could be a bit more clear, I had a good experience.

Heb bij Bax een headset besteld op een zaterdagavond. Deze werd maandag door DHL bezorgd, De headset was verpakt in een grote doos met veel vulmateriaal, waardoor het product zelf goed beschermd was.

Had een setje daglezen besteld, deze waren binnen een paar dagen in mijn brievenbus.
De verpakking was echter wel helemaal ingedeukt, maar gelukkig zijn de lenzen zelf niet beschadigd.

Levert snel en is goedkoop.
Jammer dat soms de verzendkosten meer zijn dan het product zelf.
