We booked Richard for 3.5 hours to teach us driving skills for our motorhome as we had bought a 7.5 metre one. Richard was absolutely exceptional both in terms of knowledge, driving skills and his experience was vast. Richard adapted to meet our needs and helped with all types of manoeuvres especially difficult ones involving reversing, ability to manage tight spaces, motorway slip roads, rural narrow roads and urban roads. Richard also taught me how to use driving aids and refreshing observational skills to make it more safe as well as easier to drive. He was very thorough, professional and a pleasure to spend time with. After the session, I had more confidence on the road and was not as stressed. This is definitely the best decision we have made and worth every penny. We would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of advanced driving skills in any vehicle as well as motor homes to book Richard. He is absolutely outstanding.

From my initial contact through to my final post op consultation – I cannot emphasise how impressed I was with the professionalism, dedication, individualised patient care and holistic patient experience I received. I can clearly see why Mr Daya is a renowned world class surgeon and why people travel from all around the world for him to operate on them based on my own patient journey. Having my lens replaced has been life changing and I couldn’t be happier. I have already recommended Mr Daya and his outstanding team to many friends and family. The Clinic clearly has very high standards and this is reflected through his front of house staff, Rachel (very warm welcome and a fountain of all knowledge, going above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable). The Centre is beautifully clean and kept immaculate, yet also a relaxing environment. The technical investigations are another level and far superior to the NHS in my experience. Rea took great care of me ensuring I understood all the machines, their purposes and explaining everything carefully – she has such incredible knowledge, but passion for her job and her patient care is absolutely brilliant – it will stay with me always. Mr Daya encourages and enjoys being asked questions and nothing was too much trouble – he really understands how nervous patients can be about their eyes and ensures you feel confident as well as reassured. The aftercare was superb and managed to perfection. I was back the following day to ensure that everything was well. I cannot rate all of your staff highly enough, however - I want to thank some special staff who really made a difference – obviously the man himself – Mr Daya, Rachel (Concierge) and Rea (Lead Technician), Pope and Sam (Pre/Post Op Nurses) and Lin (Admin dream). You can easily see why this Clinic has such great feedback – everything flows so professionally. Staff take pride in their work and are happy - which really says a lot and makes a difference to patients. The results are incredible and the best decision I’ve ever made, never having to wear glasses again and perfect vision! I am beyond happy and I could not have wished for a better Surgeon and his team to have made it happen! Thank you all so much. You deserve nothing but 5 stars.

I can't rate Elle Wilkins high enough - Elle helped my foster son with his successful Home Office application.
