I genuinely love this company

I genuinely love this company, Lauren really goes the extra mile to help eczema sufferers and the products are amazing.

I was a bit sceptical initially as the price point is high but after using the products on my daughter I am a total convert and can honestly say they are worth every penny. We own the scratch star, scratch attack roller and the finger roller and my daughter loves them all.

Really awful company

Really awful company. They pursued me for a debt that was not even in my name or taken out by me, marking my credit file with a default and have been really difficult to deal with to get it removed. I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman.

Do not bother complaining to them they lie in their replies and close down any complaints without investigating, not a surprise really when they can put a default on someone else file incorrectly and do nothing to remove it.

They have caused me so much stress

Awful products

I was really excited to try their products but am really disappointed in the quality of the products and my advice would be to buy elsewhere.

I took the Biotin, Vitamin D + K2 and the collagen powder and soon after taking them I felt nauseous and gassy, my stomach was really painful. This has never happened to me with any other supplement and I can only relate this to the poor quality of the product.

I have since found out that bloating and gassy stomachs are a regular side effect of their vitamins and if I had known this I would not have bought them. I am now stuck with these inferior products that will be going in the bin.

I was worried about ordering based on…

I was worried about ordering based on all the negative reviews but the item I ordered was out of stock everywhere and Tradeinn was £50 cheaper than anywhere else so I took a chance and I am honestly delighted. Ordered 23/12 arrived today 30/12.

The item was despatched quickly and arrived on the estimated date, tracking was excellent and item was as described. A++

Really awful company.

Really awful company.

A friend was sent really rude sexual messages by a stranger and she got banned and the sick individual is still on the site able to sexually abuse other women.

This site seems to encourage sexual abuse. Avoid at all costs.

Refunds take too long

I love Mint Velvet clothes and when buying online the items are dispatched and received quickly but their refund policy is shocking.

I returned two sold out items to them by courier and the items were back for sale on their website the same day they were received by them, yet I am still waiting for my refund and they say refunds can take 10 working days (2 weeks!!) which is shocking as they clearly process the return quickly for their website inventory so why hold on to customer's money?

This has left a sour taste and I will only buy their items from Next or John Lewis in future.

There is absolutely no need to hold on to customers money in this day and age.

Really dishonest company

Really dishonest company. They knew my review about how awful they are was true and even though I provided my order number tried to get it taken down. I provided all the evidence that my review was true just how shockingly bad they are.

Don't believe the good reviews. They are awful. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, really rude and unhelpful. Please shop elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Do not purchase as your order won't arrive/be dispatched and then you will have to find it from another supplier so save yourself the hassle. Wish I had seen the countless reviews that mention very slow or no delivery at all.

They did call me to say they had sold it seconds before my order went thought, but would not provide any proof. Untrustworthy way to do business. I was actually on the phone to them confirming the order as I placed it and the lady I spoke to me assured me it was in stock. So make your own mind up as I am sure they will reply with untruths.

To add they still haven't cancelled the order so the money is still pending from my bank account and in my order it still says processing at store. Not sure if they can't send it why they need to keep my money, sure they will reply with more tales soon.

I was sent the wrong item

I was sent the wrong item, customer service did not care and despite returning the item to them over a week ago they have not contacted me or refunded. I have had to open a claim with PayPal. Really disappointing, wished I'd believed the numerous other bad reviews as they're all true.

Updated to add that despite asking for a refund they sent me the wrong product again and I have to go to the trouble and expense of returning that too before I get my refund, so I am still waiting for a refund as of 28/06, so their reply is incorrect (no surprise!) Why they sent the wrong item out for a second time when I asked for a refund on the slip in a parcel is anyone's guess. Incompetent at best.
