Great experience all round

Everything was well-managed, from the booking process, throughout our experience at the airports and including our transfers. Flights were on time and comfortable. The holiday was good value for money and the accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Disappointed

Disappointed
Check in to leave vehicle was very good including transfer to airport. However the return collection was not good. We were stood in pouring rain for almost 15 minutes. After about 8 minutes I rang to ask where the bus was but after listening to two lots of automated instructions I saw the bus coming. Not a good experience. Also paid for indoor parking and the car was splattered with bird droppings. will have to consider if I will use you again.

Good service from the customer help line

I originally went for an online quote today, having had one previously, but the system would not go right through to giving me a quote. I rang the customer helpline, who found my online quote and gave me a price. Apart from the phone line occasionally being a bit crackly I got the help I needed and took out a suitable policy.

Good product overall

The photobooks themselves were of good quality and the process of creating them (automatic selection rather than manual selection) was quite straightforward. Delivery let the service down. We paid extra for Premium delivery, but Amazon lost theoriginal booke, and the replacements were sent to us by 2nd class post, arriving a week later than they should have done.

Good telephone helpline

The helpline adviser was very friendly, helpful and made sure we understood all the points about the policy. The online quote process was less satisfactory. It was quite slow to move on, and we found the tick boxes very sensitive. A couple of times we inadvertently clicked the wrong box due to the cursor hovering over it. It would be useful to have an "edit" button so you could change an answers if you had accidentally selected the wrong one.

Confusing website

The experience itself was good. The website however was hard to navigate and confusing. When we experienced problems booking our experience we rang the Corporate helpline as that was the only telephone number we could find and they simply said they could not help. We managed it in the end but it was time-consuming and frustrating.

Overall good service

Easy to reserve tickets and pay. Perhaps needs clearer information about when you get your tickets, ie, about 4 days prior to the event.
We got an alert that the tickets were there on event day, but this only showed 1 ticket, causing some delay on entry. We showed the app instead, which had both tickets.

Delivery was within the time slot. Driver who delivered was pleasant and carefully brought the appliance in, unpacked it and took the packing and old appliance away. Excellent all round service.
