I have just spent almost an hour trying to join TalkTalk. Thanks to a very helpful agent I have at last been able to complete the details page. It would have been useful if the details that were "wrong" or "unacceptable" could have been flagged up by the programmer of the page. I spent a long time trying to fill in my details only to find that my email address was unacceptable because I had been a Pipex customer many years ago. Your agent was able to work through all the fields to help me to get to the problem whereas your web page was most unhelpful as all I got was a message telling me that the details were incorrect but now which ones. Also I did not get the option to say when I had moved to my address.

Review of Premier Inn
Stayed at the Premier Inn at Cambuslang, Glasgow recently. Staff are so friendly and extra helpful. The room was large, as was the bed. It was really clean, tastefully decorated and we could open the window to get rid of the heat of the day. It was quiet at night - no disturbance from the adjoining rooms and the floor in the corridor has thick carpet so people walking past didn't make a lot of noise. Better than a lot of other places which charge the earth and a bit more besides. Can't beat the price either at £29 for the room for the night.
