Great product. Would be better in a glass jar than a plastic tub. Delivery was as describled. Reasonable price. Plenty of choice.

I had a ;ot of trouble getting a payment to go through: firstly, the whole page with the checkout details on didn't fit on my screen for some reason and there was no horizontal scroll bar so I couldn't read the Checkout options clearly. I felt I had to do a lot of clicking and scrolling to get the product information details and zoom in on picture details and view the back of the product. I think I would like to see a drop-down button marked "further product info" or similar, just below the product title. I'm not sure why I ended up having to change my Paypal password and my preferred Paypal payment card before I could get the site to accept a payment. I would also have liked to have been able to enter my postcode and autofill the address, like most sites do these days. I will review the product when it arrives, as I have only just ordered it (which took a long time). I think it would be good if the shipping charges were made a bit clearer from the outset, as the item cost was £36 but by the time the cheapest shipping costs were added, I'd spent £52, which I felt was significant. It would be helpful to see an option for free shipping for orders over a certain amount.......It might have tempted me to buy a second item that I was considering for myself, instead of just the one for my son. A chat box to ask product-specific questions before buying can be useful if you have the staff numbers to run a proper, human one :-)

Superb value for money. Stunning location! Very helpful, enthusiastic, sociable, polite, warm, welcoming staff.
Clean rooms and communal areas. Reasonable choices of food (very good value for money there too) and they are genuinely working hard to navigate the dietary requirements minefield and cater for all needs, including some plant-based choices, gluten-free choices and decaff coffee and tea.
The South Downs Way is literally on the hostel's doorstep, with stunning views of coast, country and city as you walk to Devil's Dyke, where the paragliders frequent and you can pick up a pint or a cuppa, an ice-cream, or slushie and even a bus to the city. It's a fabulous place to stay and I'd recommend it to everyone.
I've stayed in both a dorm room and one of the superb safari tents and can't fault either types of accommodation.

I was very, very disappointed with the quality of the jumper I ordered. I didn't feel it represented good value for money, it wasn't anything like what I expected and I'm unfortunately left with no birthday gift for my husband as I spent all my money on this jumper! I emailed the company to say how disappointed I was and asking how to return the item and still haven't heard back, after several days. The item arrived very quickly, which was great, but sadly, that is the only good thing I have to say about it and it now looks as if I'm going to have to pay a fair amount of money to return it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this merchant at all, sadly.

Gloves were as expected, arrived on time and fitted well.

Really easy to use online and the person running the parking space I used was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. I had an almost immediate response to the queries I had and felt very satisfied with the service and the way in which the space was managed.

Can't fault the website or the service - stuff arrived in reasonable time. I just dropped one star because I'm not a big fan of delivery charges, especially on small items. However, that's quite a harsh judgment, I admit! I will be using sax.co.uk again. Thank you.

I was extremely happy with the products and delivery, especially as our builder advised against buying tiles online, because he was concerned about receiving tiles that didn't look like the samples or that there might be breakages that the company wouldn't accept responsibility for, but the tiles arrived promptly, in perfect condition, identical to the samples, well-packed and without breakages. My only criticisms are around the glitter and design grout: firstly, both the kerapoxy design grout and the glitter seem horribly expensive and detracted from the excellent value for money offered by the price on the actual tiles and secondly, there seems to be confusion over the quantity of glitter to use in the grout, if you wish to go for glittery grout - the web page recommends one pack per 3kg tub of grout, whereas the instructions on the grout tub state "up to 10%" glitter to grout, which is a maximum of 3 packs. I appreciate it depends on how glittery you want your grout, but I would have found it helpful to find pictures on the website to show examples of how it can look, with typical-sized gaps between the tiles, and with adding a respective number of packets of glitter. We added 200g (2 packs) of glitter per 3kg tub and grouted between the large white bathroom tiles, as well as the mosaic tiles, and it looks fantastic: pure silver glitter effect between the tiles, so if you just want a hint of sparkle, I'd use considerably less! Also, if you know what it's like to have your children do craft with glitter, be prepared for similar side effects....... it gets EVERYWHERE! Overall, we had a very positive experience with Tile Mountain and I will be recommending them to others, thank you.

I was really impressed with how fast my order arrived. It came suitably boxed with plenty of padding to minimise any damage and when I checked the contents to ensure everything was ok......... the room filled with the fragrance of quality chocolate............yum - I had to close the box quick, otherwise my son wouldn't have got his birthday cake.... if you get my drift! All the ciagarillos were intact. Beautiful packaging too.
