Ordering the hire stuff needed quite painless but picking up from Sheffield branch was terrible made to wait around , ignored . Then when I went to drop off I was ignored again by the numerous staff floating about. Not happy with the service provided at all .

I ordered a sink from this company . i spoke to someone on the Monday who said they'd get back to me. After not receiving a call I called them back later . I placed an order and they stated it would take 2-4 days to deliver. I then received no contact apart from an email on the Thursday stating they had refunded my money this was no good as it didn't leave me any time to source a replacement for the kitchen I was fitting.
