The initial phonecall to request assistance with my washing machine was dealt with promptly by Elin Stoyanov. He arranged for the engineer to make a same day visit.
The engineer Yavor Petrov is highly recommendable.

Although my machine cannot be repaired he was efficient and knowledgable and gave me confidence that a suitable alternative can be found.

I found that Gary was extremely wiling to listen to my needs and find the most suitable flight for me to travel to South Africa in November 2022.

I had meant to make this report at the time, but it’s been waiting until I now want to recommend him to a friend, that I was reminded to make this effort.

Thanks for an efficient service. Exactly as your publicity stated I received my test results by Pdf email on the same night so I was able to travel.to the USA with a negative test. I was happy to upload this myself as I could not cope with the App.

I was able to track the delivery on line, and has a contact number for the driver Jakob.
He called to let me know he was on the way, and he and Slav, his co driver removed the old mattress and placed the new one on my bed.
They were so helpful, as I have a broken arm and collar bone.
Thanks to rest assured, the mattress is a perfect fit and the correct degree of firmness.
All done within 24 hours of the order.
