Great people to deal with. I have been a customer for several years now and I have always had excellent service from everyone that I have dealt with. The latest deal was brilliant as always.
Item arrived quickly and safely and solved my issue.

Pleased with the overall performance…

Pleased with the overall performance and service. Booking was very good with excellent follow up. I was kept updated throughout and everything went smoothly.
Office staff were very helpful and friendly and the engineer was an excellent ambassador for the company.

Excellent Company …

A most efficient service from start to finish. I was updated and kept informed at all stages. The package actually arrived five days earlier than expected, meaning that the whole process from ordering to delivery was six days!!! Amazing. Packaging was excellent and it was delivered without a mark. Thanks also to the courier. I have used the company several times previously and no doubt, will use again.

Easy to deal with.

We have been with Ovo for about 11 years and i can honestly say we have never had a problem. Very happy with the way the bills have worked out and it is very easy to speak to some one if you need to.
All the people I have spoken with over the years have always been helpful, polite and understanding.
We're quite happy to continue with our arrangements for the immediate future and hope that it will be as stress free as in the past.

Service

I have been with OVO for approx. 10 years and can honestly say It's been trouble free.I'm happy with service provided and on the rare occasion I have had to talk to anyone,it's always been very easy.
My last contact was this week(18/06/24) and i have to say the outcome was very much to my advantage.
Thanks to the excellent Ewan, I am now on a better deal and am quite pleased. Ewan was brilliant in both his knowledge and his understanding of my situation. He was a delight to speak with and that,I find nowadays,is sadly becoming a rare experience.An excellent ambassador for the Company.Much appreciated.

Nextbase 322.

This would have seen a 5 star experience if Nextbase had used a proper courier service as opposed to the inefficient Royal mail. The camera was sent Tuesday p.m on a 46 hour tracked delivery,but did not arrive until Friday. According to the tracking provided by R.M.,two hours after it was delivered,it was still in a mail centre in Glasgow!!
The camera it self is great,just need to get used to a smaller screen,but otherwise all is well.
Nothing but praise for Nextbase as a company and their customer service is excellent. Looking forward to a longer life in this camera as my last one went haywire after less than 2 years.
