Cleo (the agent) was very helpful throughout the call, explaining all the ins and outs of the new contract for my new credit card machine, she even helped me with the online form and pointing out where I had to sign etc. Very helpful overall, highly recommended.

I would have given 5 stars, but the parcel was just left in my porch, there was no ring of the bell or knock on the door that the parcel was there, this would have taken a couple of seconds to let us know the parcel was there!

I ordered what I thought were two 4K UHD Blu Ray's but when they turned up one was only mastered in 4K, but on the sight it said it was 4K, I only paid £2.99, so I'll keep it, but it should not have been advertised as 4K when obviously it wasn't, so not a very good review this time.

We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed last year (about 10 months ago) and it works perfectly well, and we are very pleased with its performance, especially during the winter months when we need heating. I would reccomend this boiler to anyone, as they are well made and efficent.
