WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER INCLUDING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Although they had photographic evidence of a parcel shown to be at my front door. They neither knocked on the door or rang the bell. I was home and after I received notification went straight to the door and there was nothing there “no surprise”.

Why didn’t they bother putting it in a safe place as a courtesy instead of leaving my item exposed?

I did not want to give any stars as they are undeserving!!

Contacted their terrible customer service who weren’t interested and just kept referring to the photo.

The only conclusion is it was picked up again and taken away by the same person!! The neighbours ring bell footage is my friend and proves this!

Don’t bother with this company. They have a shocking reputation!! I won’t be changing my review anytime soon!!

I had the best experience in the Lego Store Bullring Birmingham from my hesitant approach at the front of store when I asked about the mini figurines to the final product. All the staff were so accommodating, friendly and so very very helpful. Answered all my queries and went out of their way above and beyond to help me make my personalised mini me figure. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service in such a long time. You made me have a greater appreciation for Lego but more importantly exceptional customer service. Forgive me if I get the names wrong but special mention to Hassan (who helped me at the start) and Aman (who helped me at the end) but, again to the other staff members who jumped in with their friendly suggestions and help (I’m sorry I didn’t get your names). Thank you from a very humble NHS employee. I love Lego! Keep up the amazing customer service.

Grateful for the lovely customer service provided by Matthew at the Birmingham Bull Ring store. His suggestions of which luscious smells I would like were on point. White Oud, Blond Maracuja, Turkish Rose and Raspberry Oud. The hardest decision was choosing which 3 to purchase which are available as a pick and choose set as they all deserve a mention but, in particular the excellent customer service provided by Matthew. You’re simply amazing!!

Excellent Customer Service from Richard (originally from Romania). Very informative and made my hair look fabulous. Knowledgeable about the stores products and demonstrated throughout my time there how to use the straighteners safely and with confidence. The heat pad and carrier are a lovely compliment. Placed 2 orders of the Waitangi Day limited edition Peanut Slab doughnuts. Customer service were efficient and quick to respond when I had a query. Incredible service and both orders were delivered on the specific dates required and the up to date tracking system was on point. The doughnuts were absolutely out of this world and I’d definitely order again.

I cannot fault the cake as the recipient absolutely loved the “naked carrot cake”for their Birthday. This review is about the terrible customer service. As there was an item missing from my order and trying to contact the customer service to rectify or refund has been terrible especially, as the Surprise was spoiled with this missing!

Boots received well packaged and I was kept up to date with delivery from beginning to end. Quick turn around and very pleased with the boots. A little tight around the calf which I did expect and will need to wear them in around the house just to give a little bit more stretch. But, apart from that a great boot and I love the chunky low heel sole. I can tell these will be a keeper.

Absolutely gorgeous tights and sizing is on point. I bought various colours and was not disappointed. I’m definitely coming back for more.Friendly customer service who kept me up to date when an item I ordered was no longer available. I was given the choice of a refund or choose another pair of tights. My order was fulfilled with a replacement and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely magic. I really did not want my lovely down gillet to be benched and I was over the moon when I discovered Repair Revolution. Simple instructions to follow and the different sized patches in the pack made it easy to choose the appropriate sizs. Once applied it is literally invisible to the eye. You would not know any different. Highly recommended!!

Very simple ordering online service with prompt delivery. With such a huge order I had 2 items missing but, rectified immediately once brought to the Customer Services attention. I was really impressed with the friendly helpful service. The extra goodies were not expected but truly appreciated and were delivered the following day. The World Spice Blends and BBQ Rubs are delicious and the Moroccan Spices are second to nothing. Both arriving lovingly wrapped in a gorgeous Sari. Arrived in good time and well packaged. The communication between Spice Kitchen and myself was so helpful and their customer service was impeccable. Thank You! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

A wonderful family business with an amazing array of spices to meet any pallet. I bought this as a gift for a Family member and they have not stopped raving about all the wonderful dishes they will cook with their Moroccan spices. Beautifully presented wrapped in a gorgeous Sari. It is definitely the gift that just keeps on giving. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from beginning to end. The options to choose your own fragrance, coloured wax and wording was the main reason for choosing Homewick for my candles. I highly recommend. The bonus sample was a lovely touch and a welcomed surprise.
