3 emails and not even an acknowledgement

Just wanted to say my experience with alpinetrek.co.uk
I bought a pair of hiking boot from them, I bought my salewa ultra flex 2 mid GTX walking boots back in 15/03/2023 only just over 18 months old and split on both boots where you bend your toes, anyway 3 emails later still waiting for a reply, even if to say thanks but no thanks, just an acknowledgement, it says I should of heard after about 4 days, nope not me...

Left this just incase they see this and they get back to me....
Update.... 👍
They transferred my money back after quite a few emails I'm happy now but not sure if I will use them again, plus I gave them another star for getting my money back so that's good 👍

What a shame..1* thanks for helping (sarcasm)

What a shame... 1* customer service plus terrible product.... If you want a outside camera to last only 2years before it becomes faulty with water inside the lens this is the one to buy 🤣
I bought 2 camera- eufy Security eufyCam 2C 2-Cam Kit Security Camera from amazon I had them 2 years now 1x has been out side in my garden for that 2 years found out misty lens water had penstrated in side, there ment to be water proof "NOT" I written to anker 3 emails they wouldn't even swap it, nice customer service thanks for looking after your customers, never again

Experience not a good one, shame

Experience not a good one, shame because I got a great deal on tyres from them, booked on line for 2 tyres and tracking what could be more easy, got my email back from them saying 1130am fitting be there 10 mins earlier so I arrived 11am, went to see the guy behind the counter said to me on his pc it's 1.45pm fitting then he saud he has 2 bays out of action because the doors didn't work, and way after about half hr he got me in before this van which was there before mine,so they drive it in the bay where the tyres were fitted by an. 18 years old only been doing the job 2 months he said, he struggled getting tyres off the rim felt for him he was struggling, when he fitted them I was told I carnt have the tracking done that day i would have to come back next week, so got a refund for the tracking, have to say manager did a good job really but juggling times and things, which really he shouldn't have all that stress on him, he needs more staff and doors fixed plus Halford bought this company out last year and still haven't updated there software on the computers to tally up with the emails....

Have to say "all round fun" not bad great customer services, thanks Tom and Rebecca, they use tuffnells for there delivery which don't communicate very well, but my garden furniture it did come after 3 attempts, carnt win them all, anyway I'm happy

TUFFNELLS DELIVERY =JOKE

I ordered some garden furniture was ment to come yesterday 14th July but never turned up but got an email at 7. 45pm same night saying its been delivered which it hadn't , then got email from from tuffnells the next day at 6am saying being delivered today 15th July , been in all day yesterday and most today waiting still not turned up , so I rang up the company who I bought the furniture off, they had to rang tuffnells found out been damaged so there not sending it which is good but never got a email saying where it was, in other words TUFFNELLS DELIVERY are a shower of s**t worse than yodel and that is saying something, more communication wouldn't go a miss let people know what time its going to be delivered or if not let customers, or even a txt.. Simple eh COMMUNICATION....
Just been reading the other reviews on here mainly 1* so that just tells you how bad this company is....

Goggles4u UK update

Goggles4u UK, well I bought some glasses from them, I sent my prescription off to them excally as it was from my own opticians, came back after 3 weeks and a few emails later, not very good about communication be nice to know and keep you informed when they come, anyway got the glasses put them on and couldn't see our of them all bleary and out of focus, I emailed them again and just really didn't want to know, so going back to my own opticians now, for some real glasses
Update.....
Been emailing Goggles4u and sorted out the problem, new glasses are OK see very well now, don't know what happen with the 1st pair, anyway all good, so il give 4* for sorting it out
