The call handles are following a script and asking questions that are not relevant. They are difficult to interrupt to ask questions because they are scripted, I found the call handler difficult to follow her thick Asian accent at times. This all prolonged the call and process which was obviously aimed at getting me to take more policies

Goods arrived damaged poorly packaged making it easy to damage the teeth on the front front crank. I posted back the item on the first day I could, Saturday accessed my ac, returns, today because the item had been signed for yesterday to see when I will receive a replacement. Unfortunately this is not registered yet on the return so I am unsure when I would get a new item.
I ordered the item to use on the Saturday I returned it. The quickest way to receive a replacement is to order a new item and wait for a full refund. I did not do this because the day I wanted the item for has past. I paid next day delivery a week in advance of needing the item to ensure I received it. I paid extra money to receive a damaged item, not impressed with service so far.

Wiggle always give a first class experience, prompt delivery and easy to return good when needed. However, I have a pair of log tights size XL they fit fine as do all my XL bib shorts. When buying a new pair you expect the size chart to help. When I took delivery of a new pair of tights the size chart States they are within my size, past XL fit with ease and a new make to me go no where near to fitting it is frustrating. More effort should me made to ensure size charts are correct for each product
