Dreadful Service

I joined British Gas recently, no problems with changing to them. Was then offered an EV rate at a substantially reduced price. I called them to find out if that was correct as couldn’t see how I would cover the cost of my usage. The handler was adamant it was correct. I changed tariff but could telly was too high for what I was paying. I called again to be told that my tariff had not been changed but the payment had. This handler confirmed my tariff was too low for my usage and quoted me a new tariff for an extra £100 per month with an amount of compensation to be paid for incorrect advice, not changing the tariff having to spend around 3 hours on phone. I was told it would all change in a couple of days. I have now discovered an amount has been taken out of the bank which is more than I was quoted. The tariff has still not been changed and nor has the agreed compensation been paid . Needless to say I will be looking for another supplier.

Lovely property

Lovely property, very clean, nice decor in a great location. Field to walk dog a matter of feet away with access to cliff path into town which takes around 15 minutes to walk, absolutely gorgeous. Just a couple of fairly minor things would have made 5 stars- outside area needs some work to make it welcoming, could do with a lamp in the sitting room, some bowls for use in microwave. I also think a 10 am check out is too early for a weekend break, bearing in mind not allowed in until 4 pm on the Friday. I think it should be 12 as property not cheap. That said would highly recommend.

Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the App. I have completed Stage 1 of Wall Pilates twice as the App is not moving me into stage 2. I am being advised that I cannot be manually moved to Stage 2 which I am struggling to believe. I am cancelling my subscription as not prepared to continue when I am not making progress. It is a shame as have enjoyed the first stage.

There is no way to switch the stages manually.
The stage switch is automatic and will be processed once you have completed Stage 1.

Excellent service

Very easy to order on line. Plenty of delivery options. Can pay extra if you need a particular slot. I chose standard delivery. The driver called to let me know they had the item and would call me when he was 30 mins away, which he did and turned up dot on time. They were friendly polite and put the item into an awkward space without a fuss. Can’t speak highly enough of the service.

Damaged in transit

I purchased an item of furniture which had been slightly damaged in transit. Homeserve were appointed to come and see if they could repair it. I wasn’t hopeful but the person who attended made a great job of it and the furniture is as new. He turned up on time as arranged was polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I have been waiting for my furniture for 5 months and have just been told there is a further month delay so not great. I have received some compensation for that. I can’t comment on the furniture as I don’t have it yet!

I had a cracked windscreen

I had a cracked windscreen. I was directed to Autoglass by my insurers website. I filled in a few details and was given appointment 2 days later. The technician called in advance to let me he was on route and arrived as stated. He just got on with the work efficiently and was finished in the time stated. Couldn’t have been a better service and outcome.

Excellent service and products

I purchased Yumove for both my horse and dog. My dog in particular suffers from severe arthritis in both front elbows and the tablets have helped tremendously. I will continue to use the supplements for both my horse and dog.

VioVet Rocks

I needed Formula 4 Feet and checked out Viovet and found they were offering 2 20k sacks for £150, a saving of around £10. I also placed my usual order for glucosamine. All products were received together 2 days later with no delivery charge. Brilliant service I will definitely use in future.
