Contact And Communication Not Good

I originally tried to order my printer online but the site would not allow me . I called up their customer service centre in the end. I was told I would receive an e mail when printer in my local store. Trying to get in contact with someone about my order was useless online. In the end I received an e mail then went up to my local store. The actual ordering etc was a nightmare I wished I could of gone in store to purchase it

What Service

We contacted this company over the internet after having trouble with our boiler . We contacted them over the weekend and on Monday received confirmation of Ivan coming out to give us a quote for a new boiler as ours was now over 17 years, so before prices go up and having to have a different system ie heat pump boiler. Ivan called us on the day saying he was held up in traffic . On his arrival Ivan looked at our old system and then walked around the house seeing what we had and then sat down to work out the price . Having received various quotes online from companies without even seeing our system that were all very competitive in pricing once we received Lewkens price on Monday. We called up on Tuesday and decided to accept the offer and paid our deposit. Later Tuesday afternoon we received a call from Lyndsey offering us a fitment date of Wednesday we nearly fell of our seats . What a service but later on Lyndsey called saying they could not source our boiler that quick in the end so we went for Friday . Three days later 8:00 am Gary their fitter was here ready to do the deed. By 11:30 everything was done completed and we were well pleased with the installation and the cleanliness of the fitter . I have read other reviews today of the company and yes there are a few negative reviews but that always happens but for us Lewken get 10/ 10 from start to finish.

Great Company With Excellent Experience

I first contacted Simon at Enhance regarding the fitting and supply of a rear view camera for my Mondeo January 2025. After a couple of e mails regarding what radio I had in my car a price was agreed and a fitting date made. Due to various complications regarding the unit in my car on the first fitment it has now taken 2 months until today 6th March for the unit to be up and running. Simon tried everything in his power and experience for this to work. The team at Enhance were very good from the receptionist Nicky to the fitter and Simon the boss.

Not Impressed

My first order and I am not impressed with the item I purchased. The 7 metre telescopic pole with attachments is not good. The stream of water that comes out to clean the gutter is nothing . I called up to send back as it’s not suitable for my needs and I am told I have to pay to send it back. I contacted customer services and they said cannot send it back until 6th January so call back then for a returns number or send it back myself . One problem is because of its size no other company will take it back except DPD who JLM use to deliver their parcels or send them back. What a coincidence.

Useless Driver

I was informed parcel would be delivered on Saturday and as I was away choose a neighbours house . Parcel came a day earlier and the driver didnot follow instructions and left outside my front door on a main road in the rain. Disgusting service now when I get home I need to check parcel that it’s not water damaged and works

Glad We Found This Store

We were searching for a new suite for our home and going through the internet we found a few companies in Canterbury so decided we would visit them on a Saturday. A few years ago we purchased some furniture from a company called Nasons and found another company operating out of their old site. We went to where Nasons used to be and found a company called Fabb furniture. We entered the store and started to look around at what they had on show . A nice salesman came over and introduced himself and asked if he could help us . We explained what we were looking for and after a few questions it turns out John who was talking to us used to work at Nasons previously. John took the time to listen to us and our expectations and showed us a few different suites and explained the difference between the styles etc. In the end we found what we wanted and decided to get the details go home and check that our choice would fit into our house . The next day we sent an e mail to John and asked him to call us . Later that afternoon we placed our order with John over the phone and paid a deposit. We found John so helpful during our time looking around the store so understanding and not pushy . John is an excellent ambassador for the company old school sales making sure the customer gets what they want so they will go back in the future . Mr ,Mrs Trinder.

Great Product but bad Customer Experience

I purchased a Amalfi 8 seater rectangular garden set in October 2023 on offer from Gardens4less and unpacked recently this year January 2024 . The table was wrong colour and had to be sent back, the cover for the set was missing from my order too. On unpacking the set one chair had slight damage to the paint work . On covering the set with the purpose made cover I was totally unhappy with the product. On trading over reviews the same comments have been made . There are not enough fixing points for the cover having only 4 rubber ties around the whole table . In the end I purchased an eyelet tool and put a total of another 14 points to fix to each legs of the chairs and also had to get another 14 elasticated straps ,even now the cover still is very loose and water does collect on the cover in slack places .

Not The Usual

I went to pick up my online order as usual but counter staff were not that good, B
Normally the staff are good but this time service was not that good. Two females were serving at the the normal counter service pay points . We were standing in the queue but were then told if we were collecting orders we needed to go to that point but no staff were there to serve us and no one else was waiting to be served . Four of us moved over to the collection point and left the two females standing at the cash points . Finally one of them moved over to collection point and started serving us while the other one finally just walked off. Normally the staff would just serve you at any vacant till if empty.

Great Buy

I have purchased a cordless hover first .then had to purchase more attachments to use on it. I bought the hoover for cleaning my cars but first of all found that it was too big and cumbersome to use. I then purchased a detailing kit as suggested but that was a waste of money too no suction power .
