A friendly, well run Gym

I have been a member for several months now. I have been weight training for many years. The gym is always very clean and the equipment is well maintained. If something breaks it's usually mended pretty quickly. I like the way members respect each other's space and keep the training areas tidy. It always feels a safe friendly space, where you are free to carry out your own routines in your own time.

A very good optician

A very good optician, very communicative and informative.

Other staff polite and welcoming but didn't really tell you how your appointment would work and what was happening next, a bit more communication needed.

unsatisfactory service.

My first ever order( an Astro light fitting) arrived very quickly, but was faulty. I filled in the online fault report form, complete with photo of defect, expecting that the item would be collected and replaced speedily, as has happened when I've ordered goods from other suppliers. Not so with Ocean. They've emailed me to tell me that Astro are sending me a spare part to fix my lamp, but two weeks have now passed and nothing has arrived. Am very annoyed, can't finish my job.

Good website and prices, but need to improve the delivery information

After my mower of 20 years finally died, I needed something slightly tougher than normal to deal with the grass in my garden/smallholding. GMD has an awesome range of lawnmowers on the website, and I was given good advice, by someone who obviously knew their mowers, when I rang asking for help in which to choose.
Having ordered the mower online, it was a couple of days before I received an email giving a delivery date. I waited in on that day - no mower- then received an email in the afternoon saying there'd been a problem, but the mower would definitely be delivered after the weekend, with a litre of mower oil as a recompense for my trouble.
The mower did arrive on Monday as promised, but sadly no oil, so I had to make a trip to Halfords before starting it up. I'm pleased to say it started first pull of the cord, so the story has a happy ending.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review with trust pilot.We can see from the emails sent by Siobhan that you were updated on the 23rd July (2 days after your order) to let you know that your item whilst having a pre delivery inspection had been found with some damage and we were not happy sending you this item. Therefore a new item was ordered in for you on the Wednesday and was sent out with our carriers on the Friday for Monday delivery, which we emailed you about again on 25th July to keep you informed. We do apologise with regards the oil and happy that your machine is what you were hoping for.
I do hope we can help you again in the future.
