Received a competitive quote to renew my policy. Checked on a price comparison website and Go Girl was the cheapest - but £33 per year cheaper via price comparison. I phoned up to get them to match the comparison site but they couldn’t, so had to cancel my policy renewal then act as a new customer again - seems a waste of time and rather pedantic to me! The staff were very helpful and efficient and as soon as I’d bought the new policy, they cross matched my no claims discount. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for this daft admin process.
