This could well have been a 1 star but for the superb service from the delivery team, if I could I would give them 5 stars. The first delivery was cancelled on the delivery day for no reason a day wasted, the next delivery was requested for AM, finally delivered at 5pm due to the amount of deliveries the team have to complete

Probably the worst customer service, no reply to emails, unable to understand what AM means twice mailed to state I need an am delivery, no reply, later told the can't organise an am delivery so why ask. A very poor show Remfit. Hope the beds ok

Delivery was several hours late, so why 5 stars. The 2 guys were so friendly and professional, profusely apologetic for the delay in delivery, told me off when I tried to help and they were still apologising as they drove off for a 3 hour journey home. A real credit to Rhenus
