It would be a lot more advantageous if you offered a discount for renewal straight away, instead of chasing, chasing then offering a discount - if you do not look after your existing customers like this, they start looking elsewhere for better deals (we did) and it was only when we received your discount offer that we continued with staysure.

Shame that my order was held up by items not available yet shown on website.

From the outset - our booking was easy and may I say, a very realistic price.
Then we arrived late, due to traffic - no problem to these people - "Just call us when you are 20 mins away".
Met at airport exchanged keys for return information.
On returning - one phone call on landing and our car was waiting for us with a curtious man who even gave us the pound coin to exit the pick up zone!

I ordered a pump unit from these people last week - standard del;ivery 2-3 days.
After 4 days, no pump, phone calls made - excuses then more excuses - always the couriers fault!
After 6 days, still no pump and given the same excuses - thanks a lot.
Order cancelled.
If I ran my business like this, I would soon be on the dole.
