Was a gym member from Feb - June, really enjoyed it, had a break to go away and everything got really busy and I completely lost my enthusiasm to go to the gym. This is the first time I’ve been back and wow! I am so glad I made this choice! Lara as always inspires the class! I know I’m not going to be able to move in a day or so, but it’s not going to deter me. I’m back! I really enjoyed Pump, booked in for classes next week and looking forward to them all.

Selling a car to be told by “expert” valuation advisor that my car was £17400 to be offered max by dealers at auction £15051. I understand that the valuation was not concrete but when I was phoned to see where I wanted to go from here - I rejected the offer - I was told the “expert” had made a mistake and that my car was not worth that much in the first place. Wasted time! Annoyed! And won’t be using you again!

We had a joint boot buy/fitting appt today. Completely naive and never had my naked feet exposed to a member of the opposite sex in close proximity before for such a long period. The appt was made for 3 hours - which did seem to be overkill BUT, never have I received such a dedicated service. The whole experience was really professional, smooth and such a friendly aura that I would happily recommend Skiers Lounge to anyone who wants quality service with a defined personal touch. We both bought boots that are so comfy they are like a fav pair of slippers. Can’t wait to test them on the slopes. Every question was answered thoroughly and it was apparent that this company are passionate and proud of what they deliver. From the lady who first greeted us and made us a welcoming drink, to Scott plus Hugo entertaining us and lastly but not least -Dan the Man who made three hours seem like 15 mins, thank you! It was an absolute pleasure to do business with you!

Just ordered a pony jet, can’t wait for the product as the reviews are so positive but, just wanted to say that the website is so easy to use. This is such an easy way to buy a quality second hand car. Tom was so helpful from the start and has continued through the process making sure that I was updated at every point. I chose to get the car delivered as it was too long for me to travel and Ian, the driver, kept in contact from the start of the journey to check in and ask how much charge I required to be left we do he could accommodate this at the charging station on route, he also took time to go through the controls etc and offered a test drive. Absolutely love my new to me Polestar and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or recommend them 100%! Thank you Tom and Ian

If you value your pets don’t use this place, my dog suffered hours of pain due to mis diagnosis and had to be taken to out of hours vet to be put down. Accepted no liability, offered me £100 as goodwill gesture! Disgusting. Receptionist thinks she’s funny to make comments on your dogs age to then state well he’s getting on isn’t he - the first visit I made after the death of my other dog. Unprofessional and liars! The vet who mis diagnosed my dog stated she was making appointment for her to go in later in week - I was abroad.

Not a product review as unfortunately the sub standard delivery company never even managed to get the goods to me. 3 dates given within 20 hour period after I'd already taken a days holiday to take delivery on the day they specified. Order cancelled. Sandra on the phones is fighting a losing battle and did try to help but the company does not answer emails. If you're quite happy to sit around and be treated the way I was good luck. Fortunately for the rest of us there are plenty of other companies out there.

Rattan Direct use this company. Had text Thursday 9th March for delivery 10 March. Took day of work as prearranged. Informed 10.35 to 12.35 delivery window. 8.31 text received delivery cancelled. Phoned Rattan Direct to be told they would get company to contact me as their text had said. No phone call. Phoned a Rattan Direct at 15.30 was told panther would call. Text received at 15.40 delivery 11/03/2017 to receive another text 15.52 to say delivery now 13/3/2017. Order now cancelled, days holiday lost, what a joke this company is!

Advance text notification of delivery 24 hours before and a phone call 10 mins before. Courteous staff who knew exactly what was happening - delivery and a return. Item unpacked and all packaging removed in less than 5 mins. 100% recommend.

Since June 2014 I have bought 17 pairs of shoes and various clothing items. I had reservations due to the price but wow was I wrong to doubt. Orders dealt with quickly, products are amazing. Ok so I have turned into competition for Imelda Marco and need a bigger wardrobe but I am delighted with my purchase and that's what counts! Thank you
