We got a great deal on last minute.com which is why we book with them. This is the first time using them and would definitely use again. Flights went smoothly and communication from last minute.com was good.

Great quality products

Very happy with the towelling robe and towels I purchased from the Towel Shop. Prior to this I'd had a look in some high street shops and the prices for a towelling robe were very expensive. This robe was less than half the price and great quality too. Already washed twice and came out lovely and fluffy. Looks more expensive than it is. Towels were equally good.

Driver failed to deliver to my door

Despite giving the driver access to the building, the parcel was not brought to my door. Instead it was left just inside the ground floor entrance. The box was bashed as people are walking in and out of the entrance all the time. There was a risk it could have been stolen too. Hopefully the contents (an iPhone) don't develop any faults!

No loyalty to long standing customers, Avoid!

I reported a fault in our line 5 days ago. We pay for critical care service which means the line should be fixed within 24 hours. Hopeless Openreach engineer turned up. He was neither interested or capable of trying to find a solution. I’ve no idea whether he checked anything properly but he left without fixing it. Can’t get through to anyone that has any idea what’s going on. Openreach has refused to let me speak to an actual engineer. I just keep getting put through to call centre staff in India who understandably can’t help at all. 100 percent of our business comes from our phone line. Temporarily on divert but have been offered no long term solution. 23 years with BT now. Loyal customers obviously mean nothing to them!

I’ve now contacted Virgin media to come and do a site survey so will hopefully be moving on from Bt very, very soon!

Charged three times the agreed price!

I've just checked my first gas bill from eon next and it's completely wrong! The contract I agreed on with Eon next was at a rate of 7.1p per unit and 30 pence per day standing charge. I have just checked my statement and I have been charged 20p per unit and 56p per day standing charge! This is three times the original agreement. As a very small business trying to survive, this is a horrendous price to try to charge customers. I really hope I can get this sorted asap!

Both items damaged!

I ordered 2 under bed storage boxes on wheels. The wheel was damaged on one box and the clip broken on the other box. Can’t be bothered with hassle of sending them back (especially after reading other customer’s problems with getting refund) so am just going to have to keep the faulty products. 😞

Quick delivery, great prices!

I was looking for a particular game for my daughter's Christmas. As usual, I'd left it quite late in the day and normally that's ok as I can usually get it from amazon last minute. But when I checked on Amazon , it was saying it would be delivered after Christmas! I started to do a search online and Onbuy.com came up. Not only did they quote a delivery time before Xmas, it was a few pounds cheap too! I'm normally a bit hesitant about using new online companies but I really wanted this item so I ordered. And I wasn't disappointed! Quick delivery, great email communication about delivery times and parcel was securely wrapped.

I'm glad to have found a UK alternative to the amazon giant and will definitely be using OnBuy.com again. Highly recommended!

A helpful service without pushy sales reps

If you're looking for cheaper gas or electricity bills for your business or home I'd recommend trying out a company like make it cheaper who'll help you find the cheapest deals. I find it really time consuming to research the best deals and I'm also prone to forget when my gas and electricity contracts are about to expire. I've been caught out before with this and ended up with the contract rolling on and receiving an astronomical bill. Well that's a thing of the past now as make it cheaper now contact me a couple of months prior to my contract ending and give me the best quotes available. They also keep you right with what you should do next in terms of terminating your contract with your existing supplier.

If you want a cheaper deal without the hassle of looking for it then I highly recommend make it cheaper. Lovely, helpful staff too.
