I have just received my Wype refills which were easy to order and were dispatched in good time. I have been buying my dogs food from zooplus for some time and have always been happy with their service. Easy ordering and very prompt delivery. However they have exceeded all expectations with my last order. Receiving a dog coat which turned out to be too big. I emailed zooplus asking if I could return said item for a refund. Received reply today stating that the refund had been sorted but asking if I would donate the coat to a local animal charity in stead of returning it. Hope good is that.
