I was with british gas in a right mess as they are useless and octopus sorted everything for me the service i received was fantastic i highly recommend octopus and tsvetina understood the complex problems to help resolve them for me she is a credit to octopus and i thankful it is very much appreciated.

I made a return and a nightmare chasing to get your refund

I made a return in the same packaging as the item was to small they received it back and chasing my refund was a night mare after multiple emails and slow response on some days and kept saying returns department busy awaiting to scan in I bet it is busy I won’t use this company again refunds should be straight forward when the item is back well more than 10 days I waited and constantly chasing so never again

Tree with berries all broken off

Tree arrived however lots of broken berries in the box which are supposed to be fixed to the fibre pptic tree so very disappointed to say the least

Very good tyres would use again but not the recommended garage

Very good tyres would use again but not there recommended garage mr tyre who messed up all the tracking telling me it needed doing and after 3 hours and 6 separate adjustments and left with a steering wheel down to the left and pulling I went to garage down the road called Euro fit who got it right and fixed it mr tyre left it way out and needless to say although the manager Alex said he would do it and was not unhelpful they need to source better training on tracking will avoid in the future sorry.

Customer service is appalling hard to make contact too

Customer service is appalling and too many time wasters on the app. Log a report in Shpock it’s a complete waste of time I done many times they don’t get back with any update and I had a buyer who never paid ignored my messages and I reported it first to Shpock then I relisted my item after reporting the buyer suddenly once relisted buyer saw it and started contacted me within a minute but ignored all my messages from the day before and that evening before I relisted and I said no to buyer as I relisted it now and said you never sent the payment and they had a message with my bank details too. Shpock restricted my account as the buyer lied and told them they sent the money they never did pay so I left her negative feedback for ignoring my messages and not paying me. The buyer then left me bad feedback and I did nothing wrong so I emailed customer service not once but twice as they don’t come back to you to get my feedback removed.They then put a block on my advert and reopened the current deal telling me the buyer said they paid you either send the item or refund them the customer services are a joke it was not true I never got paid. I told them I have not been paid and I am going to stop using the app unless the feedback is removed they said I have to ask buyer to remove a nasty comments on my feedback and restricted my account when I replied I will delist all my adverts and no longer use the app well Shpock that’s fine if you treat all your users like this who have 5 star rating on 50 item sales then your loss because as of late mostly time wasters on the app now. I did already let 3 previous negative feed back go as the buyers don’t show up even after more than 1 week of waiting on seperate item which I relisted and resold as they never paid either yet when I did resell the first buyer managed to leave me bad feedback saying sold to someone else yet after no answers from him i think that’s justified I waited more than 1 week I don’t know how Shpock allow this and I also had a buyer purchase an item and asked me to deliver I drove 8 miles as a favour to drop off an item and collect payment which she bought she then ignored my messages when I got there and never came to collection then they managed to leave me negative for that really they always leave negative back if you give someone negative.The other previous negative feedback a buyer bought my item after purchasing said passing through collect now I was in work on shift at the time not possible they then left me bad feedback unable to arrange collection not even my fault. I have 50 sales and many 5 star reviews and all are not my fault I am a genuine seller yet when you make a report you risk blocking your own account it says so someone at Shpock obviously decided the other person who’s the buyer was right and I am wrong absolute disgrace needless to say no more shpock why they can’t remove bad feedback is beyond me I think in this case might need to control the app to include negative feedback.

Tomb raider definitive ps4

I was worried about ordering off game collection as I read a couple of negative reviews on Facebook so let me straighten things out these guys are brilliant I had free delivery and sealed product in good time and confirmation email on status. I will be buying other products from these in the near future their prices are very very good and service matches in all aspects the same same so a big thumbs up from me many thanks.
