Truly impressed by Budget Insurance customer service earlier this morning. Truly top class! I couldn't believe my ears when the brilliant agent said "sadly I am not able to refund a charge, but seeing that you have been with us for a long time I can offer a discount to help!". That was superb especially as sadly I was a victim of a identity theft and had a late fee as a result of that. My bank had blocked the payment. So impressed with Nadia! BRAVO!!
