Visited a relative on the surgical assessment ward yesterday. It was clean, the staff were smart and friendly. The phone was answered immediately when I rang in the morning. Staff were professional. I was impressed.

Very bad experience with this company. Didn't stick to prearranged delivery time set up with their customer services. Sarcastic comment written on delivery card when they tried to deliver the package again at a time and day not specified or set up with my knowledge. Closed my complaint without resolving it. Still not received package to date. I have advised them to return it to Talk Talk. Can't pick package up depot is too far away.
