Today was the day to complete the payment for new caravan. The whole process from viewing to buying was handled by Scott who smoothed out every step. His knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm was refreshing in an industry that has been less than honest with us in the past.
Their online website was well laid out as was their showground. A very well organised company. Telephone enquiries were handled immediately with the staff going out of their way to find information and answers. All in all dealing with Yorkshire Caravans has been a pleasant experience.

A week ago I visited the Hull branch. I had decided, after the usual trawl of Utube and various blogs that the Cambridge MXN 10 was the server for me. There wasn't one stock so one was ordered then and there. It arrived on the following Monday only to be replaced because of missing antennae. No messing about sourcing the missing items. The replacement arrived the following day.
The unit connected straight away but could not access the Internet. No problem for Richer Sound. Over a period of well over an hour three different members helped me to fix the problem. Why three people you may ask. I needed to try out their solutions to the problem and that took time. By the time I rang back the previous staff member was serving another customer. No problem the depth of knowledge that each one had meant a seamless transition. The problem was solved resulting in one very happy customer. The moral is, buy in store and then you have all the information that you need at the end of the phone.

Mot due so went in for a tyre check. The verdict was given and an appointment was made.
Left the car for an hour, as advised. On return the two new tyres were fitted and the wheels changed around so that the new tyres were on the rear axle.
No problems no hassle just good service.
What more can you ask?

my first order this year took nine days to arrive. My latest order was sent to my old address despite me getting in touch ,three times ,within minutes of sending off the order ,despite already having received two orders already at my new address If the dispatch was a patch on the advertising Planet X would be a much better firm to deal with.
