Review of Snag Tights
I ordered 2 different pairs of Snag Tights. They came wrapped up in fun paper, so it was a bit of an experience opening them, it was like a present. I tried the 120 dernier tights and they were soft, comfortable, and stayed in place the entire time I wore the. No hitching necessary I loved them. I'm a convert here and I'd certainly buy more Snag Tights.
Review of Bensons For Beds
I had a bed delivered that was damaged. The delivery drivers spoke to their manager at the depot, and the message we received was that it was all sorted, they'd reorder a new bed, and leave us with the damaged one until the new one could be delivered.
This seemed great service, however the bed wasn't ordered, as the depot can't actually do this. The depot/drivers whilst trying to give good service actually made things worse as they couldn't deliver on what they'd tried to do.
It would make more sense to have the drivers have a card they can give to the customer in these circumstances that details what the customer needs to do, eg take pictures, call the help line, reject the bed etc...
