I had a Bank mismatch i.e Bank Feed did not match bank transaction after speaking to my Account Manager I emailed support, within 2 hours they messaged me back with the resolution, not only this but 2 links to Delete a Bank transaction then to import the correction from the Bank, even a screenshot of how to do the deletion on Xero. It was brilliant and all sorted, such excellent support from Xero, just cannot fault them

I was recommended to contact Black Nova designs to resolve issues with my PC and they were brilliant, took my computer away and replaced hard drives, gave it a thorough overhaul and set up my laptop for emails. Their charges are so reasonable, certainly a fraction of what you would expect but a quality service. I have now transferred my Web hosting to them and also email hosting. I was receiving unsavoury emails and they immediately transferred everything over and set up a spam control.
Thank you to you all, I would recommend Black Nova without hesitation.

After two weeks of being unable to send emails and countless calls to TalkTalk about the outgoing server, William looked into this just before I was about to leave TalkTalk and got to the root of the problem. For some reason the end of my domain name through none of my doing had been blacklisted and he directed me to the website and told me what to do which I forwarded to my IT Department and now it's working. Would never have worked this out so a huge thank you. Needless to say I am now staying with Talk Talk and may even switch my mobile to you. Thank you

We ran out of of Liver Supplement for our not so well horse, cannot fault Vet-Medic not only for the fast dispatch and receipt of the order, but the excellent Customer Service from Jenny who rang me to let me know stock was available and that it was on its way, arrived 24 hours later, genuinely concerned and so helpful.
