Fed up and Frustrated

Total frustration with access, firstly being told to access my account as a “Guest”, then after a great deal of time contacting Ancestry to finally gain access to my family tree.

Now at last I have access to records that I had previously researched but alas my DNA profile which I purchased in 2021 is not available on designated members in my family tree.

This as you will appreciate limits research and verification of ancestors.

If there was any confusion in the past with the status of your account then we do regret to learn this. While we can only speculate, it sounds like you may have more than one account with us that has led to this matter. Where this occurs, while we're not able to merge accounts together, we can recommend sharing Family Trees of DNA results, where that's needed. This is detailed further below for reference.

Voucher V not valid weekends

Voucher delivery OK, tried to use it to book Shrigley Hall Hotel only to be informed that the voucher is not valid for weekends,
Very unsatisfactory

We do aim to be as transparent as possible with all of our experiences and so state prior to purchase of the voucher 'Your two night stay is available Sunday to Friday throughout the year. Exclusions including Saturdays will apply.' and we are so sorry if this was missed.
