Do not use

Purchased a Ronaldo kit for my grandson using uksoccer shop as they offered quick delivery. Order purchased between Christmas and new year so we waited an extra couple days but nothing. Contacted the shop via email as their phone isn’t working, who said we have to wait 2 weeks for item to be shipped to them before they then send within 48 hours. This is clear nowhere when you purchase. Item came as top only and is a concept kit not an original kit. Almost £50 for a fake. I contacted the company again as they only send top and not kit and refused a refund not even offering to pay for the delivery which was 2 weeks late. Do not use. Very misleading website. And awful customer service. Disgusted that I was ripped off

as with other reviews I to wish I had…

as with other reviews I to wish I had come to trust pilot to see what others had said. The order took far longer than it says to be delivered. I ordered a harness and lead. The harness is sweet with my dogs name on it but the lead broke with in a few times of using it. really poor quality. I too was told I could have a new one sent but would have to pay £5 if I wanted a refund, I asked why when it was poor quality and I sent them photos to show the point. I also received emails every few days from Paul ( I think thats just an automated name) I said I am not willing to pay the £5 so send me a new one and now nothing! I am currently talking to my bank to get a refund from them for them to claim from this dodgy company. do not order from them

I ordered 2 tests one for hormones one…

I ordered 2 tests one for hormones one for levels such as iron. The hormone test arrived first with nothing in it to say it was hormones and nothing to share to ensure I took the sample at a certain time in my cycle so of course the results were not on point. Second test I apparently pushed to hard so my iron levels won’t show so no result. £90 for that with no option of retesting for free. Instead offered a £9 credit. £9 you are having a laugh! I’ve used the service before but won’t be using again. Poor service in my opinion!

For your first test - the women's hormone test - the best time to do this test is on day 3 of your cycle (day 1 is your first day of bleeding) — this is when your results can be accurately interpreted.

We include this information in our help centre and it should also be included in your kit too - but if you didn't receive this, please can you email us at hello@thriva.co so we can investigate with the team?

For your second test, when results can't be processed, it's usually due to haemolysis or clotting.

For the yellow tube, if you squeeze your finger too hard when taking your sample, it can lead to haemolysis. This is when your red blood cells burst.

This can also happen if you invert your sample tubes too vigorously when trying to mix your sample with the stabilising gel.

Clotting can happen if there’s a delay between collecting your sample and posting it. Or if the blood hasn’t touched the gel at the side of the tube.

When a minority of results can't be processed, we offer credit so you can add this test onto your next subscription test package, free of charge.

Or of course we'd be happy to refund you the £9 instead if you'd prefer?

Awful communication

My parcel which contained my sons Christmas presents was due for delivery on 15th December. I appreciated that covid had meant delivery maybe slow. Each day I received a text saying my item we being held up but would be on its way soon. Christmas Eve i went to the delivery warehouse as I couldn’t get hold of anyone from sports direct for the previous 48 hours to be told my item had been lost. It took sports direct 5 days to reply from Christmas Eve letting me know the parcel had been lost and the items were no longer in stock. Fab Christmas my son had when lockdown is on and no shops are open! Communication was shocking for a couple of days until I wrote on social media at which point someone communicated with me and helped me to arrange a next day delivery of similar items..

We used purple bricks to sell our…

Very happy. We used purple bricks to sell our property as they offer as much as a shop agent but at a much lower cost. Our agent was Daniel Pugh who helped greatly. My o my quibble would be to use your own conveyancer as that part of the service was slow.

Great friendly service

Looking for a property in kings hill I would highly recommend using ward and partners. The staff are friendly , very helpful and most importantly honest. Annaliese , Emma. And Lesley can not help enough they are at the end of the phone at all times without ever making you feel pushed or rushed. When I move again it will definitely be wards at kings hill that I will use.
