KBS represented a supplier of ours in their sale process. We ended up acquiring the business.
The KBS team led a professional process and we are pleased with how the managed it. We would certainly consider being involved in another process with KBS acting as broker

I sold my car this Monday and 6 days later I still have not been contacted by the buyer to pick up the car. Motorway is unhelpful, they just say wait someone will be in touch.

Thanks for your review. Sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience so far.
We expect our buyers to make initial contact within two working days from the point that you confirm your offer. I can see that since your initial call with us you have raised this issue on multiple occasions, and although our sales support and account management teams have continued to chase the buyer on each point of contact there was a further delay before they provided us with an update.
We have now heard back from the buyer who has assured us that they will be reaching out to you with an update shortly, they advised us that they aim to have the vehicle collected by Monday the 18th of April. However, we will be following this up internally, as this is not the normal process as this continued lapse in communication falls short of the standards we set. We will be keeping an eye on their future purchases to monitor any repeat issues, I apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you so far.
