The booking process was very good, the engineer turned up on time.
Parts were required to be ordered, the communication at this stage was poor, no return calls and lack of information.
All was rectified when Elaine Feeney took my call, she was efficient, extremely reassuring, polite and made things happen. Even after a visit arrangement was cancelled by mistake by others she promptly replied and dealt with the problem. She was the sole reason my rating was promoted from 1 star to 3.

My wife uses the clinic having tried many others and as always spoke very positively.
Following a prolonged time of heavy lifting and a manufactured golf swing, i developed lower back pain and severe lower back muscle pain.

After consultation, I took up their offer of a twelve visit plan.
Without question it had a positive effect for me.
I started to feel an improvement after 2 treatments, along with carrying out the exercises each treatment after that gave me a tangible improvement.
