Poor service

I ordered 2 beds. 1st one was fine.
2nd one had a slight tear in fabric and a grease mark.
Advised furniture village on day one.
Sent photos.
Still waiting for next steps to resolve. Very poor service.

Edit. I have already uploaded photos twice your portal and an email address.

Lucy and her team were extremely…

Lucy and her team were extremely supportive throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble and always very quick to answer calls or emails to provide clarity and answers to queries.
I had a few ongoing problems with portal access which wasn’t always reliable or user friendly but was soon resolved.
It made the process of buying my house much easier with PLS and would highly recommend.

No customer service

Dreadful customer service today from customer support.
Very poor service since the start of upgrade.
8 days since full fibre fitted. Still no WIFi.
2 appointments agreed with time taken off work to fix. Nobody attended either time!
Still no WIFI and no update.
Customer Experience - There is none!

Poor communication and service for returns

Ordering quick and easy. Returns terrible.
Since decided to return items, I have had no communication or update and still no money refunded on goods returned since I started the process a week ago.
I then received a call yesterday which I missed. Voicemail left to say will try again.
No call today, no email, no communication and still no update on my refund of returned goods 8 days ago.
