Absolutely terrible service - Faulty Pixel 6

Absolutely terrible service. New Pixel 6 phone continually crashes when you open the camera - been a problem since it arrived. Google said they will look at it, but I have to post t to them and be without a phone for two weeks, or drive to London a walk-in centre. totally unacceptable in this day and age. I will never buy a google phone again, and I will be dissuading anyone else I know from it too.

Rock bottom price, with rock bottom service *with update*

I've never had the displeasure of purchasing from a company which, in my opinion, has such contempt for customers.
It's understood in the trade that this company have a habit of being slow to update when items are out of stock, as well as having varying accuracy with delivery date forecasts. However, the reason they still operate a roaring trade is there prices. In short, there prices are often the best out there, and very few companies can compete. This is even more true when they have an eBay deal on, albeit there prices do inflate during these periods so the actual percent saving is less than shown when compared to a few hours before the deal starts.
My experience involved a tool not arriving when expected (the Friday), followed by me being told that the manufacturer would be delivering it to them on the Monday, then the Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Wednesday at 2pm. This eventually ended with me being told that actually they weren't going to receive it from the manufacturer for another 8 days. All during this time the product was showing in stock on there website (this has now been updated).
I understand that if they don't have a product, then they can't post it, however, I believe to be half truths about an ever moving delivery date. This hasn't allowed me to be upfront with my client and has now caused some bad faith as a result.
I have requested a call back from a supervisor, twice, and received nothing. I have emailed asking for the complaints procedure, and received nothing.
This tool was required to finish a job, and when I ordered it I was aware I might have to wait 2 weeks for it, we'll be at 4 weeks by the time there new forecasted date comes around, and I'm still holding out little hope for that to be genuine either.

I went into my purchase with my eyes wide open about some of the problems I'd heard before, but the way this has been dealt with, from a customer service point of view, I believe to have been appalling.

Update on the evening of 11/07/20 :
Despite the reply below (11/07/20) advising I'd be called, I haven't been.
Similarly, despite being told the the product has now arrived in there warehouse, I've not received confirmation it's been posted either. The saga continues.

Update (14/07/2020)
Yesterday a very helpful supervisor from FFX rang me to discuss the situation, and to manage through the process of me receiving my goods. She oversaw the delivery, keeping in touch with me through the process and advising me when things were being sent on the courier.
This morning she rang to confirm the good had arrived in the time slot.
All in all, this snippet was a fantastic piece of customer service. This individual managed to turn around what I believe to be a poor situation, into a well-managed outcome. It is still a shame it had to come to that.

In light of the above, I believe it's fair to update the score to a three-star. I may purchase again in future from FFX, but only items which I have confirmed are in stock and available for dispatch.

Unacceptable customer service, or service in general

Unacceptable customer service - 4 parcels have been sent to me using them, 3 of them they've lost. Had a "Customer Service" rep (if you can call them that) explain to me that if I hadn't chased up why my parcel hadn't be delivered then they might never of know it never left their warehouse.

The whole company is a joke and to be avoided at all costs
