We asked Browns Recycling to cancel our service and remove our waste bins back on 13th June. We spoke to Ryan Flanagan, who said he would get this organised. Fast forward to today (06/10/2025) and we are still receiving invoices, and the bins still haven’t been collected, even though we were asked to leave them empty for collection.

Every time we speak to someone at Browns or to Ryan Flanagan, we’re told we’ll get a call back — but that call never happens.

I would strongly recommend using another company for your waste management. Browns regularly cancel collections at the last minute, often citing “vehicle breakdowns.” I’ve never known a company to have so many “breakdowns.”

I have found the guys at Track-Pod brilliant, Always on hand to help with any problems you have, The software looks a little technical to begin with but one you have the live demo it is a lot easier than it looks

Im very happy with the work Sags has done for our company, I cant wait to work with him on our next project

We have an incomplete order and cant even get in touch to get my remaining order

Iv upgraded to fibre on Thursday 13th June and since then iv had no internet whatsoever, Im an internet based company with no internet to see my customer orders and TalkTalk just keep fobbing me off saying they doing line tests and i have to call back then get told turn my router off for 30 mins and that will work, They use these tactics just to get you off the phone. Terrible customer service, i will be cancelling my 2 services with TalkTalk if my internet isnt back up and running by today
UPDATE: Iv noticed that you respond with the same reply to every complaint that you will be in contact. I will update on here whether or not TalkTalk do actually get in contact.
UPDATE: TalkTalk have been in contact via text message to say Welcome to TalkTalk business. Your service is now active which is incorrect my account may be active but my broadband certainly isnt active
UPDATE 28/06/2019: My internet worked fine for just over a week no back to no internet again and just getting fobbed off by TalkTalk again
