Although I had to wait for 29 minutes after my booked appointment time, I did not mind this when it was explained to me that a child had an emergency situation causing the delay.
I must congratulate Davina - on loan from the military at Tidworth Garrison who was absolutely excellent! She displayed a most caring attitude and was very thorough in her examination. So very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Davina made my visit quite pleasant! I must also thank the blonde lady, wearing glasses, at Reception for her kindness and helpfulness. Gordon.

This is a brilliant idea! Many people simply cannot travel to surgeries/pharmacies, particularly in outlying areas.
I have already recommended your superb service to a 92 year old who cannot drive and has to rely on friends to journey 9 miles round trip to collect his prescriptions.
