Fantastic service with this company…

Fantastic service with this company when my bathroom had to be replaced due to an on going leak.
Very helpful and I always felt like I was talking to a friend when I phoned. I would definitely recommend them.

Was not happy that they could not…

Was not happy that they could not process my order without an email address. Also told 1 week for delivery but when the order was being prepared I was then told 9 weeks.

The cards are very reasonable…

The cards are very reasonable especially when they include postage but the web site needs improving as its very complicated and when you put a filter on there are still other cards that come up which are nothing to do with what you are looking for.

The cards are a good price especially the ones that include delivery but the web site is awful. I put in Sympathy cards and all sorts came up, very hard at checkout too. Web site needs to be looked at

Although my last order was fine

Although my last order was fine. The previous one was a nightmare.mainly due to the postage issues. I had a £50 evoucher to spend and as items were coming from separate places I had to pay 2 lots of postage. Then after placing order I was given a refund of £7 as one of the items was out of stock, so then to use this £7 on another item, I would have had to pay another postage.That means out of £50 voucher £15 was on postage. Could not get in touch with HOF at all. No phone number and no reply to emails, poor customer service.Was before COVID too

Good cheap cards including postage too

Had 4 items in my basket but only wanted to checkout with one and leave the others there but could not do it. Also the address part is confusing. I find the checkout quite hard to do Otherwise good cheap cards and including postage too.

Could not get my Book token card to be…

Could not get my Book token card to be accepted on line and when I contacted customer services to ask why they came back with the answer "we dont know" and never got back to me again.Also very hard to contact on the phone even before COVID. Cant understand why you get charged postage to collect from the shop! Luckily the assistant did refund the money to me and let me buy the book again using the voucher, he also let me have it for the online price as I explained this was not my problem that the book token would accept on line. so all ended good
